This information is already being collected in the Continux ideas portal. When the time comes, the inventor submits their invention disclosure with the click of a button. The patent manager in the company receives a notification that an invention disclosure has been received from an inventor , but this does not yet mean that it will be claimed. Experience tells you that often some details are still missing and that additions, improvements, and descriptions are often necessary before a patent application can be filed .

All communication, both internal and external, can be handled via Continux. Everything is part of a single process, traceable, transparent, and the current status can be viewed at any time. Only when all documents are complete is the patent application filed at the touch of a button . This follows, of course, the claim and release for patent filing , and only from this point on are the deadlines for claiming the patent (automatically) set.
