Integrated ideas portal

The idea:

Provide your developers, engineers and inventors with an ideas portal at your disposal! Your creative and development-minded employees work on their inventions. Experience shows that it takes several "rounds" to bring patents to patent maturity. Provide your employees with an idea portal in which they can work through their development steps until the inventor feels that the idea is now ready for an invention disclosure. You know that a lot of information, descriptions, drawings, etc. are necessary until this point is reached.

This information is already collected in the Continux Ideas Portal. When the time comes, the inventor submits his invention disclosure at the push of a button. The person responsible for patents in the company receives a message that an invention disclosure has been received from an inventor, but this does not yet mean that it will be claimed. You know from experience that often some details are still missing and that supplements, improvements and descriptions are still necessary until the patent application is filed.

All communication, internal and also external, can be handled via Continux. Everything belongs to one process, is traceable, transparent and the respective status can be viewed at any time. Only when all documents are complete, the patent application is filed again at the push of a button, or before that, of course, the claim, the release for patent application and only from this point on the deadlines for a claim are set (automatically). You can also decide in which countries/continents the patent will be applied for... it's up to you! You provide the ideas, we provide the software!
